Position Description:
|
- To provide leadership, guidance and motivation to program participants involved in job search activities.
- To maintain participant communication, computerized files and assist the Job Developers in the attainment of the office’s goals.
|

Required Qualifications:
|
- Maintain direct contact with all participants who have successfully completed Job Readiness Training.
- Provide job search assistance for participants in Job Club, including: preparation of resumes, cover letters, applications, arranging interviews and preparing for interviews.
- Update the job openings bulletin board.
- Schedule new Job Club participants, mock interviews and guest speakers.
- Act as a liaison between the Instructors and Job Developers to coordinate information, interviews and appointments.
- Maintain Job Club resource library including: books, magazines, newspapers and other supplies.
- Provide timely reports to Manager regarding: participant attendance, Job Club activity timesheets and other requested information.

Desired Qualifications:
|
- Should have experience in business, sales, training or management.
- Must have experience in team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's Degree in business, education, human resources, liberal arts or related area is preferred.
