Position Description:

 

  • Provide leadership and direction for the staff.
  • Assist Manager with attaining contractual goals.
  • To oversee performance and quality of service.
Required Qualifications:

 

  • Be knowledgeable of all program requirements
  • Handle day to day management of office operations
  • Monitor performance and efficiency of the office
  • Oversee participants’ case management files and ensure contract regulations are being adhered to on a daily basis
  • Assist participants’ with their comments, questions and concerns
  • Submit required reports
  • Ensure that staff meets performance goals as outlined in the contract
  • Compile and submit reports requested by contractor and EDSI management
  • Conduct program training as needed for EC’s
  • Train new staff
  • Conduct reviews for staff and submit them to management
  • Prepare for file audits
  • Attend meetings with contracting agencies
  • Represent EDSI in a professional manner
  • Act as the liaison between the Division Office and EDSI administrative staff on issues concerning billings and performance numbers.
  • Review participant file folders.
  • Respond in a timely manner to requests from the contracting agency on issues related to billings and performance tracking.
  • Provide regular status reports and other requested data for the Manager.
  • Provide regular status reports and other requested data for EDSI administrative staff.
  • Ensure data entered on the required system(s) is current and accurate.
Desired Qualifications:

 

  • Must have excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Should have previous experience with invoicing and billing.
  • A working knowledge of MS Office.
  • Bachelor's Degree is preferred.

 

 

Note: Time will be split between Gettysburg & Chambersburg, PA
