Position Description:
|
- Provide coaching and coordination of services to participants.
- Be able to teach agency’s curriculum to participants in a motivation and enthusiastic manner.
- Responsible for development and progress of those being served.
- Be organized and efficient in handling multiple task and cases.
- To deliver the assigned curriculum to each client.

Required Qualifications:
|
- Provide consistent and comprehensive case management and follow-up.
- Create solutions to participant attendance problems.
- Provide individualized assessment of work, family and personal development needs and opportunities
- Oversee participant activities and teach curriculum to participants
- Accurately complete required documentation
- Assist participants with overcoming barriers to employment by providing referrals to appropriate community service or social service agencies when needed
- Assist in the preparation of project reports as needed.
- Work with government officials to ensure appropriate documentation is completed and received.
- Build a professional one-on-one working relationship with participants to aid in eliminating challenges that are hindrances to obtaining and retaining employment. This includes: assessment, individualized attention and coordination
- Assist with Job Club activities
- Assist participants with the development of their resume
- Conduct career-planning sessions with clients
- Administer assessment instruments and compile participant assessment data
- Maintain organized database of clients and keep detailed documentation of all contacts with clients
- Facilitate group-learning activities
- Ensure participants gain necessary information
- Provide timely reports for the Manager regarding participant attendance and performance

Desired Qualifications:
|
- Ability to prioritize tasks and document visits and contacts.
- Demonstrated telephone, computer and written communication skills.
- Ability to maintain flexibility as needs of contract or contractor require.
- A working knowledge of MS Office
- Must have notable experience in business, sales or management.
- Should have notable experience in training, education or career development.
- Must be able to interact with a wide variety of individuals and demonstrate a positive professional attitude in a team-oriented environment.
- Bachelor's Degree is preferred.
