Skilldex

Skilldex is an online system that collects job-related information and breaks each job into keywords and tasks. The keywords are used to create specific job descriptions to identify desired performance levels of basic skills and to analyze an individual's ability in each skill level.

"Our goal was to assess how effective our training courses were and if trainees indicated an increase in their skills after taking our courses. Skilldex allowed us to obtain that data through a detailed assessment of each course. Participants rated themselves before and after training on specific task items taught in class.
