Skills Analysis

Finding the right people with the right skills to get the job done isn't always easy. It's sometimes hard to find qualitfed applicants, and it's hard to keep them. A Skills Analysis can help with this.

Skills Analysis is a process to determine the responsibilities of an employer’s job positions and the tasks performed in those positions, along with the hierarchy of importance/difficulty of each task. This is a critical part of matching a candidate to a job because we then prescreen applicants' skills in a variety of areas to ensure he or she possesses the skills necessary for a particular job.
