The Reemployment Transition Centers (RTCs) provide an environment where people receive the resources and preparation they need to move rapidly into the right job.  The RTCs are professional office settings where program participants engage in facilitated workshops to improve critical decision-making, teamwork and communication skills.  They receive professional assistance in three areas: 

Preparation:  Everyone needs the right materials to successfully interview and accept a position.  Our participants get the very best.

Support:  We work hard to help the participants push through any potential barrier to success, perceived or real.  They will know that they are not making this transition alone.

Identification:  We unlock opportunities that job seekers would have never been able to uncover on their own, and we ensure that they are an exact match for the employer’s expectations.
